These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.dutifulcompliance.com and all services provided by Dutiful Compliance Solutions, LLC (“Dutiful,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Dutiful provides hands-on marketing services including SEO, AEO, GEO, website design, lead generation, content strategy, social media management and creatives, CRM setup, and automation. All work is custom, personally guided by Jennifer Satter, and never fully automated or template-based.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to your accounts, websites, and tools. You are responsible for the accuracy of all content you provide and for complying with all applicable laws.

3. Fees and Payment

Fees are outlined in your proposal or agreement. Payment is due as specified. Late payments may incur fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of all original creative work, strategies, and tools we create until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for your business. You may not resell or transfer our work.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep each other’s confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without permission.

6. Results and Guarantees

We work hard to deliver strong results, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue increases. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control. We provide honest, data-driven strategies.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dutiful’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid for the specific service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
